Red Dot Garage - 2007

Red Dot Garage is back on track and ready to roll for this summer's unofficial "Drink Up the Midwest" tour. Members include new drummer Tommy Lutz, a resident of Maple Plain, where men are men, and well, you know the rest. The man who fires up the bass night after night in Red Dot is Tom Dainsberg. When he's not laying claim to the "King of Low-end" crown, he can be found in his garage fixing all the equipment the other 3 guys broke at the last rock show. Travis Williams (guitar/vocals) comes to the band from the dirty rural streets of Delano, MN where the ditches of his youth were littered with empty cans of Busch Lite and Old Milwaukee. Now his days are spent in Red Dot Garage, his daughter’s favorite band, playing lots of originals and anything from Van Morrison to Van Halen. Guitarist Mike Fretheim loves the sound of a souped-up Tele through a Boogie pushed to the edge like his hero’s Keith and Stevie Ray. Red Dot Garage performs for the first time at Moondance Jam on Thursday July 12th at 5:30 PM.
